The restaurant "Baranjska kuća" is situated in the very centre of the ethno village of Karanac, at the foot of the Baranja hill, on the half way from Kneževi Vinogradi to Beli Manastir and about 30 kilometres from Osijek.
Traditional Baranja cuisine, bread and dishes made in baker's oven, snails, fish paprikaš ( freshwater fish stew), carp grilled on the fork branch, frog legs, čobanac (stew made of pork and beef), fried fish and home-made cakes are served in the restaurant and all of that is accompanied by the music of tamuritza players. You can feel a special rural atmosphere walking through the back yard, where a children's playground and old farming machineries are only a part of the museum of antiques.
The restaurant has a capacity of 150.
