The parish community in Kneževi Vinogradi is dedicated to St. Michael the Archangel. Patron saint's day is 29 September. Kneževi Vinogradi is the centre of the parish having church jurisdiction over Karanac, Kamenac, Kotlina, Mirkovac, Jasenovac, Sokolovac, Zlatna Greda (Municipality of Bilje), Grabovac and Mitrovac (Municipality of Čeminac).

The parish was founded in 1851. In 1840 a very old parish church built in classical style was reconstructed and extended. According to visible traces on the walls, the choir was built as an annex in 1857, at the same time when the construction of the whole church was completed. The final form of the church has been kept until nowadays. The total area of the church is 254 m2. In 1999 the roof was renewed and in 2004 the interior and exterior of the church were completely renovated. The parish has a choir of about 30 members practising singing in unison led by a church organist Ivan Mikec.

Community servers have a special role in the parish. There are 25 of them age 10 to 20. They take part in serving at the altar cheerfully as well as in other activities of the parish. Mass is regularly held on Sundays while in branch churches on weekdays.
In all churches prayers are held in May and October as during the Lent when the Way of the Cross is prayed.
In addition to the religious education held regularly in school, on Saturdays the schoolchildren grade 1-8 come to the meetings of parish catechism held by the parish priest and the leader of catechism. Once a month, usually the first or last week, regular meetings of catechism are held for secondary school pupils all year round.
This year confirmation will be held for the first time only for the secondary school pupils grade 3.
